Terms of Service

1. Service description

Dinnerchamp provides a loyalty and guest experience platform for restaurants. We enable restaurant operators to run loyalty programmes, track visits, and reward returning diners. Diners use Dinnerchamp to earn and redeem rewards at participating restaurants.

2. Data processing and privacy

Dinnerchamp processes personal data of restaurant owners and staff as a data controller, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where Dinnerchamp processes personal data of diners on behalf of restaurants, it does so as a data processor under the terms of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into with each restaurant. Restaurants are responsible for their diners’ personal data as data controllers and must ensure they have a valid legal basis for processing under GDPR.

By using Dinnerchamp, restaurants agree to the terms of the DPA, which forms part of the service agreement.

3. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for its intended purpose. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with other users’ experience.

4. Account termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

Dinnerchamp is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
